What the Future holds

Christine wonders what will happen to her family now that the high priestess has let the family know that she wishes to step aside and let someone else take over the job. But who? Ever since her Mistress Joenta became a demon and left or was forced out by the High Priest the family has been in a state of constant flux. Russ has been a steady hand on the wheel and has in Christine's eyes at least saved the family from an ever worse downfall for one need only to look at the Library to see how bad things can become for a faction who loses both a leader and a purpose. No the Coven is holding on but barely it seems many of the mystics who joined under Russ have already left and many of the girls who use to hang around to be part of Joenta's harem are also gone as well. Christine thinks good riddence she didn't like some of those bitches not only did they come between her and her Mistress but some of them were downright cruel. Now it is Christine and Joenta still almost a year later although she now has for the first time a boyfriend as well FiXXXeR of the Shadows is her steady man friend and she looks forward to spending time with him whenever she can, Joenta hasn't been around much of late and this disappoints Christine but she is sure she will see her again soon. What she is most concern about is what is happening or not happening with her Family the Coven. She is worried that without Russ leadership the faction will slowly go down hill, too bad Leta left for the kindred that seemed so sudden and unexplained but Christine suspects it has something to do with the High Priest new apprentice Lex they seem to have had a falling out and Leta left angry over it. If she was still with the family she would be the leading candidate to take over the job of high Priestess otherwise there are few people who would be qualified for such a position. Christine goes out to a small wooded spot and prays over it hoping that the Great Spirit would help provide them a way through this mess.
