Reading Tarot cards for Miss

Christine takes one last look around the shop "I'm going to miss this place she thinks to herself" Finding it strange how quickly they had to move to another part of the island. Well before I go I'll just sit here at the Tarot card table one last time and read my book "Tarot card reading for beginners."

Ten minutes later Christine notice a change in the weather outside the wind has picked up and is rattling the shop windows darkness descends "Looks like a big storm is coming," she says "I better close this place up and head out," Just as she was packing up the last of her things a customer walks into the shop it's a woman with a dark eye patch over one eye and one leg that is a wooden post like a pirate she has a serious look about her and a air of gravity that lets everyone know that this is not someone you should mess with,...

"I want a tarot card reading"

she says in a commanding tone that wasn't at all a request,..."Yes yes of course,...Christine answers"Welcome I am Madame Drachios I know all I see,....

"Yes Yes

she cuts you off with a wave of her hand

"Just cut the crap hon and read my cards!"

Taken a little aback by being so abruptly dismissed Christine gives a bow and pulls out her new Tarot card set, This will be her first reading although she will not tell the client that, "What sort of reading do your require miss

"I need to know if my husband is cheating on me,

she says Lightning flashes and a hugh thundercap shakes the shop and unnerves Christine as well, "Of course miss,...Christine finally manages to say, have a seat "I will give you the standard four card reading it should give you the answer you seek." After the Client sits down across from Christine she asks her to cut the deck. From there she lays out four cards face down the first card is that of Romance "Please turn the card over" the lady does her first card is a reversed Judgment card. The shop is illuminated by a large flash of lightning the Thunder sound almost immediately,....you look up at the stranger and say turn the next one over please this concerns money she does and It's a knight on a horse holding a wand and this too is upside down,..Christine Frowns this is not going well,..."Turn the next one over this is the realm of your Health and happiness," ...Another upside down card five swords pointing downward The wind lashes at the windows rain starts to fall in hard bounding manner, "The last card Miss turn it over please"

"When are you going to tell me what they mean?!!"

she demands "Turn the last card and lets see what it is,...Your hoping that something good will appear but three fives come up. You take a deep breath and say,....

The cards do not lie you are feeling strong emotions right now Anger guides your house, The Judgment card says that on a personal level your relationship is troubled someone close to you has betrayed you both the knight of wards and the Judgement are Major Acana cards They indicate that you are experiencing an abundance of changes in your life right now very high levels of stress and conflict Her one eye glares back at you reflecting the light of the candle she says nothing as you continue the reading,...the seven swords in a reverse manner shows deceit you ask if your partner was cheating the cards say yes,...The whole shop starts to shake at first you think the client must be moving the table with her legs but then you realize to your great surprise that this is the first Toxian earthquake you have ever experienced. The lights go out and only the frequent flashes of lighting offer any illumination you are very aware of being inside an old brick building as is it loudly creeks and groans "We better get out of here" You say in a panic but the one legged woman has already stormed out the front door literally blowing off it's hinges as she passes it in her wake.

You watch the customer as she leaves afraid to go out after her or to remind her that she hasn't paid you for the reading. Later you encounter another of your family one who you haven't seen for a long time,..."Hey Christine how are you, have you hear the news of Miss and Dine they are breaking up!"
